魯昕:人工智能驅動“雙高”全新領域的全面建設

為深(shen)入推進學校(xiao)數字化(hua)轉型(xing),高質量(liang)落實好“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)(she)各項任務(wu),6月28日(ri),深(shen)圳職業技術學院舉行黨(dang)委理論學習中心組(擴大)學習會,特別邀(yao)請全(quan)(quan)國(guo)政協委員、中國(guo)職業技術教育學會會長(chang)、教育部(bu)原副部(bu)長(chang)魯(lu)昕(xin)在京聯線,作題為《人工(gong)智(zhi)能與經濟學:“雙(shuang)高”建(jian)設(she)(she)全(quan)(quan)新領域(yu)的全(quan)(quan)面建(jian)設(she)(she)》專題報告。會議由校(xiao)黨(dang)委書記、校(xiao)長(chang)楊(yang)欣斌主持。

習近平總書(shu)記(ji)高(gao)度重(zhong)(zhong)視人工智能發展(zhan)(zhan),認為“人工智能是(shi)引領(ling)新(xin)一輪科技革命和產業變革的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)驅動力(li)”,“把握全球(qiu)人工智能發展(zhan)(zhan)態勢,找(zhao)準(zhun)突破口和主攻(gong)方向(xiang),培養大批具(ju)有創(chuang)新(xin)能力(li)和合作精神(shen)的(de)人工智能高(gao)端人才是(shi)教育的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)使命”。

魯昕(xin)列(lie)舉了(le)人社部發布的(de)(de)數字經濟(ji)背(bei)景(jing)下市場(chang)需求(qiu)迫(po)切的(de)(de)39個新(xin)職業(ye)(ye),通(tong)過分(fen)析(xi)新(xin)職業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)知識、新(xin)技術(shu)、新(xin)技能(neng)(neng),突顯出工(gong)作場(chang)景(jing)變化對(dui)“雙高”專業(ye)(ye)建設提出的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。最后(hou),魯昕(xin)通(tong)過對(dui)工(gong)信部人才交流中心發布的(de)(de)《工(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯(lian)(lian)網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人才崗位(wei)能(neng)(neng)力(li)要求(qiu)》分(fen)析(xi),展示了(le)工(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯(lian)(lian)網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人才8個方向41個崗位(wei)的(de)(de)4項能(neng)(neng)力(li)要求(qiu),系(xi)統總結了(le)人工(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發展對(dui)高等教育動手(shou)能(neng)(neng)力(li)數字化和(he)實(shi)訓基地虛擬化轉型(xing)的(de)(de)呼(hu)喚。

魯(lu)昕希望,在(zai)(zai)“雙區(qu)(qu)”建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)背景下,“雙高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)過程中(zhong),深(shen)職院(yuan)作為(wei)“雙高(gao)(gao)”中(zhong)的(de)(de)“雙高(gao)(gao)”,要充分探(tan)討如何在(zai)(zai)粵港(gang)澳(ao)大(da)灣區(qu)(qu)的(de)(de)政策(ce)環境、在(zai)(zai)新(xin)一代(dai)信息技術(shu)的(de)(de)創新(xin)文化、在(zai)(zai)深(shen)職院(yuan)的(de)(de)工(gong)科特色中(zhong)發揮積(ji)極作用,構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)知識體系(xi)(xi),構(gou)建(jian)新(xin)課程體系(xi)(xi),顛覆(fu)專業結(jie)構(gou),培養復合(he)性人才,成為(wei)名副其(qi)實的(de)(de)世界一流職業技術(shu)學院(yuan)。

楊欣斌在(zai)總結中(zhong)表(biao)示,魯昕(xin)會長(chang)的(de)報(bao)(bao)告站位(wei)(wei)高(gao)(gao)遠、視野開闊,理論深厚(hou)、邏輯嚴密,觀點(dian)鮮明、素材豐富,聚焦問題、貼近實際(ji),特別(bie)是結合我(wo)校“雙高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設(she)(she)、專業(ye)設(she)(she)置和(he)產(chan)教融(rong)合的(de)情況提出具(ju)體的(de)指導意見,對于推動學校數字化轉型,落實好(hao)“雙高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設(she)(she),科學謀劃“十四(si)五”期間的(de)思路(lu)和(he)舉措,具(ju)有重要的(de)指導意義。楊欣斌要求各單位(wei)(wei)深刻領會、深入研(yan)究魯昕(xin)會長(chang)的(de)報(bao)(bao)告精(jing)神,結合實際(ji)抓好(hao)貫徹落實,努力在(zai)“雙高(gao)(gao)”建(jian)設(she)(she)中(zhong)走在(zai)前列(lie),爭(zheng)當職業(ye)教育創新發展的(de)先行者。

整場報告歷時兩(liang)個半小(xiao)時,全校共(gong)300余人參(can)加學(xue)習,其中,全體(ti)專業主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)、教(jiao)研室(shi)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)、實訓(xun)室(shi)主(zhu)任(ren)(ren)在(zai)會場進(jin)行集中學(xue)習;全體(ti)校領導(dao)、黨委(wei)委(wei)員(yuan),全體(ti)中層干部(bu)通過(guo)騰訊會議(yi)系統進(jin)行線上學(xue)習。
