技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養(yang)“復(fu)合(he)式創(chuang)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)高(gao)(gao)素質高(gao)(gao)技能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校提(ti)出的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)要(yao)求(qiu),符合(he)市場對新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)技能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)未(wei)來發展的(de)(de)方向。全面推(tui)進“文化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)、復(fu)合(he)育人(ren)(ren)、協(xie)同育人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)養(yang)模式改革,對職(zhi)業院(yuan)校的(de)(de)發展與(yu)(yu)教育教學提(ti)出了(le)新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明了(le)新(xin)(xin)型(xing)技能人(ren)(ren)才(cai)培(pei)育的(de)(de)復(fu)雜性(xing)。作為傳統的(de)(de)文化(hua)主體(ti)部門、教學輔助單(dan)位,圖書館理(li)當主動參與(yu)(yu)到文化(hua)育人(ren)(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入(ru)落實(shi)“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育人(ren)”的人(ren)才培(pei)養理念,一(yi)方(fang)面要求圖書文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升華拓(tuo)展(zhan),衍進到書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),進而推動書香校園(yuan),促(cu)進校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)發展(zhan),另一(yi)方(fang)面也(ye)從文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設的角度(du)對(dui)圖書館的具體工(gong)作提出了新的要求。
1、豐富(fu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設是(shi)圖(tu)書館永恒的(de)主題(ti),今后(hou)應(ying)(ying)有三個(ge)轉變(bian),一(yi)是(shi)重視資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)重點抓好特(te)色(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設。圖(tu)書資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設實則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設,是(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基礎。為形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對(dui)性(xing)(xing)、有效(xiao)性(xing)(xing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se),應(ying)(ying)進一(yi)步與學(xue)校(xiao)各部門及(ji)校(xiao)外(wai)單位(wei)合(he)作,加強(qiang)(qiang)合(he)作資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設,加強(qiang)(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專題(ti)如職業素養、地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)規模,就進行(xing)(xing)歸納整(zheng)理(li),集中(zhong)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建立專題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采購中(zhong),應(ying)(ying)有意識地進行(xing)(xing)專題(ti)采購,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)特(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書。也可發揮博物(wu)館功(gong)能,收(shou)集地方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)料(liao)、非物(wu)質(zhi)遺產,接受私人專題(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)專題(ti)數據庫或特(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。

3、廣(guang)開文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)是校(xiao)園師生(sheng)(sheng)最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)聚集之地。面向(xiang)未(wei)來,我們提(ti)出(chu)除了(le)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)資源信(xin)息中(zhong)心之外,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)建(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)習交流中(zhong)心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)心和(he)宣(xuan)傳教育(yu)中(zhong)心,實現(xian)由傳統大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)向(xiang)一流、現(xian)代(dai)、新型大學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)轉(zhuan)型。這種轉(zhuan)型實際(ji)上賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)更(geng)多的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)功(gong)能,不(bu)斷拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)渠(qu)道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)在(zai)做好(hao)常(chang)規服務(wu)的(de)同(tong)時,大量舉(ju)辦主(zhu)題文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱讀沙(sha)龍(long)、專題講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽和(he)技(ji)能比(bi)賽等(deng),保(bao)持(chi)了(le)館(guan)內每月(yue)有新的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)頻(pin)率,通過教師的(de)讀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部(bu)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)讀者協會,與(yu)(yu)師生(sheng)(sheng)建(jian)立了(le)廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)聯(lian)系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷把館(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞(gao)好(hao)搞(gao)精(jing)彩,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園,并(bing)且走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)門,配合(he)教學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)專題活(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務(wu)。
