[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書特(te)有(you)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化底蘊和(he)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化地位,對整個社會的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化大(da)發展,甚而對經濟、科研、社會文(wen)(wen)(wen)明等(deng)方面的(de)進步起著舉足輕重(zhong)的(de)作用。圖書館(guan)作為古今(jin)中(zhong)外最重(zhong)要的(de)藏書場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化天地,肩負(fu)著特(te)別的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化使命(ming)(ming)和(he)任(ren)務。高校圖書館(guan)在(zai)為教學(xue)科研服務的(de)同(tong)時,更有(you)著直(zhi)接參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化育(yu)人的(de)重(zhong)要使命(ming)(ming)。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復合式創新(xin)型高素質高技(ji)能人才(cai)(cai)”,是(shi)新(xin)時期對(dui)職(zhi)業院校提(ti)(ti)出的(de)新(xin)要求(qiu),符合市(shi)場對(dui)新(xin)型技(ji)能人才(cai)(cai)的(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也(ye)切(qie)合技(ji)能人才(cai)(cai)未來發(fa)展的(de)方向。全(quan)面推進“文(wen)化(hua)育人、復合育人、協同育人”人才(cai)(cai)培養模(mo)式改革,對(dui)職(zhi)業院校的(de)發(fa)展與教(jiao)育教(jiao)學提(ti)(ti)出了新(xin)的(de)挑戰,也(ye)說(shuo)明(ming)了新(xin)型技(ji)能人才(cai)(cai)培育的(de)復雜性。作為傳統(tong)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)主(zhu)體部門、教(jiao)學輔助單(dan)位,圖書(shu)館理當主(zhu)動參(can)與到文(wen)化(hua)育人工作中。

  從(cong)單一(yi)(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)業要(yao)求(qiu)到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科或專(zhuan)業群要(yao)求(qiu),從(cong)適應崗位到(dao)(dao)工(gong)作(zuo)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin),從(cong)“工(gong)具”人(ren)(ren)到(dao)(dao)以(yi)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)本綜合(he)發展,現代技能(neng)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)的(de)(de)(de)(de)理念(nian)與定位有(you)根本性轉(zhuan)變,對高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)而言,自(zi)身定位與工(gong)作(zuo)責任必須進行變革。第一(yi)(yi),努力拓展圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵(han),必須要(yao)跳出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)看到(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)以(yi)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)為(wei)中(zhong)心開(kai)(kai)展資源建(jian)設和服(fu)務提(ti)升(sheng),依復合(he)型、創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)型要(yao)求(qiu)來采購圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)、完善閱讀(du)環(huan)境,開(kai)(kai)展多層次的(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務,更要(yao)走出圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan),參與到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)(yi)線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)可以(yi)全程(cheng)介入(ru)教(jiao)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)過程(cheng),從(cong)而在(zai)實(shi)踐中(zhong)使(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)涵(han)與外(wai)延,著力推(tui)動校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)大(da)發展。第二,著力打造(zao)(zao)新(xin)型的(de)(de)(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)展開(kai)(kai),不(bu)僅(jin)是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養(yang)課程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)設問題(ti)(ti),更重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環(huan)境與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠道的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設問題(ti)(ti),推(tui)進書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)切入(ru)點。要(yao)讓學(xue)(xue)(xue)生愛(ai)書(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu),讓書(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)彌漫(man)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan),使(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁(yu)。第三,不(bu)斷放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)功能(neng)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設與創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)十分重要(yao),書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)部分。在(zai)書(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)(yuan)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建(jian)設中(zhong),應該根據時代需(xu)要(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特色,組織各方面的(de)(de)(de)(de)力量,從(cong)不(bu)同(tong)角(jiao)度完善、充實(shi)、放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)功能(neng)。要(yao)將教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、研(yan)究(jiu)、社會服(fu)務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生全面成(cheng)長相結合(he),激勵教(jiao)師投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)造(zao)(zao)中(zhong)來。抓住德(de)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)主線,用不(bu)同(tong)形式和方法提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)社會公德(de)、職業道德(de)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)德(de)。要(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝(ning)聚上升(sheng)到(dao)(dao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)精神,以(yi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為(wei)基礎,逐步(bu)形成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品(pin)牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風(feng)格與精神內(nei)核,塑造(zao)(zao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素(su)養(yang)。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深(shen)入(ru)落實(shi)“文化育人(ren)”的人(ren)才培養理(li)念,一方(fang)面要求圖(tu)書文化升華拓展,衍進(jin)(jin)到書香文化,進(jin)(jin)而推動書香校(xiao)園(yuan),促進(jin)(jin)校(xiao)園(yuan)文化大發展,另一方(fang)面也從(cong)文化建設的角度對圖(tu)書館的具(ju)體(ti)工作提出了新(xin)的要求。

  1、豐(feng)富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)是圖書館永恒(heng)的(de)(de)主題(ti),今(jin)后應(ying)有三個轉變,一(yi)是重視資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是重點抓(zhua)好特色資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)。圖書資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she)實則是文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)(de)基礎。為(wei)形(xing)成(cheng)資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特色,應(ying)進一(yi)步與(yu)學校各部門(men)及(ji)校外單(dan)位合作,加(jia)強合作資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特色資源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設(she),加(jia)強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)如職業素養(yang)、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就(jiu)進行歸納整理,集中收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立(li)專(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常采購(gou)中,應(ying)有意識地(di)進行專(zhuan)題(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)成(cheng)特色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書。也可發揮(hui)博物(wu)館功(gong)能,收(shou)集地(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資料、非物(wu)質遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)題(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)數(shu)據庫(ku)或特藏(zang)(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單,而現代圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)(geng)注重文(wen)化(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing),通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)影(ying)響(xiang)師(shi)生(sheng),通(tong)過文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人。優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到(dao)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應建立(li)一套基本的(de)(de)能滿(man)足(zu)讀(du)者需求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此(ci)基礎上,要強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)業圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)獻(xian)信息的(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足(zu)教師(shi)或重點團隊(dui)在(zai)縱深層次的(de)(de)教學科研活動中對文(wen)獻(xian)信息的(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)(xing)需求,其次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)細(xi)節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)態(tai)度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率(lv)更(geng)(geng)高(gao),服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)范(fan)圍更(geng)(geng)廣(guang),如微(wei)博、短信、聊天群、手機圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館、虛(xu)擬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館等,促進與(yu)讀(du)者的(de)(de)信息交(jiao)流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣(guang)開文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)(tuo)寬(kuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園師生(sheng)最重要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聚集(ji)之地(di)。面向未來,我們提(ti)出除了要(yao)(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)資源信息中(zhong)(zhong)心之外,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)建(jian)成(cheng)(cheng)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)交流中(zhong)(zhong)心、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心和宣傳教(jiao)育(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)心,實(shi)現由傳統大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向一(yi)流、現代、新型(xing)(xing)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)。這種(zhong)轉(zhuan)型(xing)(xing)實(shi)際上(shang)賦予圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)功(gong)能,不斷拓(tuo)(tuo)寬(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺,成(cheng)(cheng)為學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育(yu)人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)渠道。近年來,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常(chang)規服務(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)(da)量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介(jie)、閱讀沙龍(long)、專(zhuan)題(ti)講座、書(shu)評(ping)競賽和技能比賽等(deng),保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有新的(de)(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率,通過教(jiao)師的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀書(shu)俱樂(le)部與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讀者協會(hui),與師生(sheng)建(jian)立了廣(guang)泛(fan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)不斷把館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好搞精(jing)彩,還(huan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)走出館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且走出校(xiao)(xiao)門(men),配合教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)服務(wu)。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
