技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養(yang)“復合式(shi)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)型高(gao)素質高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職業(ye)院(yuan)校提出(chu)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要求,符合市場(chang)對(dui)新(xin)(xin)(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變化(hua),也切合技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)未(wei)來(lai)發展的(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、復合育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)、協(xie)同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培養(yang)模式(shi)改革,對(dui)職業(ye)院(yuan)校的(de)(de)發展與教(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)學(xue)提出(chu)了新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明了新(xin)(xin)(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培育(yu)的(de)(de)復雜性。作為傳統(tong)的(de)(de)文化(hua)主體部(bu)門、教(jiao)學(xue)輔助單位,圖書館理(li)當主動參與到文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入(ru)落實“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)育人”的(de)(de)人才(cai)培養理念,一(yi)方(fang)面要求圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)升華(hua)拓展(zhan),衍進(jin)到書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua),進(jin)而推動書(shu)香(xiang)校園,促進(jin)校園文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)大發(fa)展(zhan),另一(yi)方(fang)面也(ye)從文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)建設的(de)(de)角度(du)對圖(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)具體工作提出了新的(de)(de)要求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)——夯實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設是(shi)圖書(shu)館永(yong)恒的(de)主題(ti)(ti),今后應有三個轉變,一(yi)(yi)是(shi)重視資(zi)源(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內(nei)涵(han),二是(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)重點抓(zhua)好特(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設。圖書(shu)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設實(shi)則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設,是(shi)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基(ji)礎。為形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)的(de)針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se)(se),應進一(yi)(yi)步與(yu)學校各部門及(ji)校外單位合(he)作,加強(qiang)合(he)作資(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設,加強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如職業素養、地(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),一(yi)(yi)旦(dan)形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)規(gui)模,就進行歸納整理,集中收(shou)藏(zang)(zang),建(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日(ri)常采購(gou)中,應有意識地(di)進行專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)特(te)色(se)(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博(bo)物(wu)館功(gong)能,收(shou)集地(di)方(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)料、非物(wu)質(zhi)遺產,接(jie)受私人(ren)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏(zang)(zang)品,形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數據(ju)庫(ku)或特(te)藏(zang)(zang)室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)機構,傳統(tong)圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)比較簡單(dan),而現代(dai)圖(tu)書館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)應更(geng)注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)影響師(shi)生,通過文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)來(lai)育人。優化(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)關鍵(jian)要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)(ge)(ge)性化(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基本(ben)的(de)(de)能(neng)滿足(zu)讀者(zhe)需求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)體系(xi),在(zai)此基礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)(ge)性化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu),滿足(zu)教師(shi)或重(zhong)點團隊在(zai)縱深(shen)層(ceng)次的(de)(de)教學(xue)科(ke)研活動中(zhong)對文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)(xin)息(xi)的(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)(ge)性需求(qiu),其(qi)次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)細節(jie)、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)方法上下功夫,引進(jin)新技術(shu)讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)效(xiao)率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)范圍(wei)更(geng)廣,如微博、短信(xin)(xin)、聊天群、手機圖(tu)書館(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)書館(guan)等,促進(jin)與讀者(zhe)的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)交流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣(guang)開(kai)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館是(shi)校(xiao)園師(shi)生最(zui)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)(de)聚集之地。面(mian)向(xiang)未(wei)來,我(wo)們提(ti)出(chu)除(chu)了(le)要(yao)(yao)把(ba)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館建(jian)成(cheng)資源信息中心(xin)(xin)之外,還要(yao)(yao)建(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)習交流(liu)中心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)中心(xin)(xin)和(he)宣傳(chuan)教育(yu)中心(xin)(xin),實(shi)現(xian)由傳(chuan)統大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館向(xiang)一流(liu)、現(xian)代、新型大(da)學(xue)(xue)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)轉型。這種轉型實(shi)際上(shang)賦予(yu)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館更多的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功(gong)能(neng)(neng),不斷拓(tuo)寬圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)育(yu)人的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)渠(qu)道。近年來,圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館在做好常規(gui)服(fu)務的(de)(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)覽、館藏推介(jie)、閱讀(du)沙龍、專(zhuan)題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評(ping)競賽和(he)技能(neng)(neng)比(bi)賽等(deng),保持了(le)館內每月有新的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展(zhan)示與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)頻率,通過(guo)教師(shi)的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部與學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)(de)讀(du)者協會(hui),與師(shi)生建(jian)立了(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館要(yao)(yao)不斷把(ba)館內各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)館舍,深入(ru)校(xiao)園,并(bing)且走出(chu)校(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師(shi)生的(de)(de)(de)專(zhuan)題(ti)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),開(kai)展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。
