[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書特有(you)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化底蘊和文(wen)(wen)(wen)化地(di)位(wei),對(dui)整個社會的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化大發展,甚而對(dui)經濟、科研(yan)、社會文(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方面的(de)進步起著(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)(zhong)的(de)作(zuo)用。圖書館作(zuo)為古今(jin)中外最重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的(de)藏(zang)書場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化天地(di),肩(jian)負(fu)著(zhu)特別(bie)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化使(shi)命和任務。高校圖書館在為教學科研(yan)服務的(de)同時(shi),更有(you)著(zhu)直接參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化育人的(de)重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)使(shi)命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復(fu)合(he)式創新(xin)型高(gao)素質高(gao)技(ji)能(neng)人才(cai)”,是新(xin)時期對職(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)校提出的(de)新(xin)要求,符合(he)市場對新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人才(cai)的(de)新(xin)變(bian)化(hua),也切合(he)技(ji)能(neng)人才(cai)未來發(fa)展的(de)方(fang)向。全(quan)面推進“文化(hua)育(yu)人、復(fu)合(he)育(yu)人、協同育(yu)人”人才(cai)培養模式改革,對職(zhi)業(ye)院(yuan)校的(de)發(fa)展與(yu)(yu)教育(yu)教學提出了新(xin)的(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型技(ji)能(neng)人才(cai)培育(yu)的(de)復(fu)雜性(xing)。作為傳統的(de)文化(hua)主體部門、教學輔助單(dan)位,圖書館理當(dang)主動參(can)與(yu)(yu)到文化(hua)育(yu)人工作中。

  從(cong)單一(yi)(yi)的專業(ye)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求到(dao)學(xue)(xue)科或專業(ye)群(qun)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求,從(cong)適應崗位(wei)到(dao)工(gong)作創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新,從(cong)“工(gong)具”人(ren)(ren)到(dao)以人(ren)(ren)為本(ben)綜合(he)發(fa)展(zhan),現代技能人(ren)(ren)才的理念與(yu)定(ding)位(wei)有根(gen)本(ben)性轉(zhuan)變(bian),對高(gao)(gao)校(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而言,自身(shen)定(ding)位(wei)與(yu)工(gong)作責(ze)任(ren)必須(xu)進行(xing)變(bian)革。第一(yi)(yi),努力(li)拓展(zhan)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的內(nei)涵,必須(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)跳出(chu)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華到(dao)育人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)以育人(ren)(ren)為中心開(kai)展(zhan)資源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)和服務提(ti)升,依復合(he)型(xing)(xing)、創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新型(xing)(xing)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求來(lai)采購(gou)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、完善閱讀環(huan)境,開(kai)展(zhan)多層次的個性化(hua)(hua)服務,更(geng)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)走出(chu)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參與(yu)到(dao)育人(ren)(ren)工(gong)作的第一(yi)(yi)線。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可(ke)以全程介入(ru)教(jiao)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)的整個過程,從(cong)而在(zai)實(shi)(shi)踐中使圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),擴大圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的內(nei)涵與(yu)外延,著(zhu)力(li)推動校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的大發(fa)展(zhan)。第二(er),著(zhu)力(li)打(da)造新型(xing)(xing)的書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)的展(zhan)開(kai),不(bu)僅是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)素養課程的開(kai)設(she)問題,更(geng)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)大環(huan)境與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)新渠道的建(jian)設(she)問題,推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是(shi)一(yi)(yi)個重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)的切入(ru)點。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)讓(rang)學(xue)(xue)生愛(ai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)彌(mi)漫校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),使校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息濃郁。第三,不(bu)斷放大文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)的功(gong)能。學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)與(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新十分(fen)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)部分(fen)。在(zai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設(she)中,應該根(gen)據時代需(xu)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)特色,組(zu)織各方面的力(li)量,從(cong)不(bu)同角度完善、充實(shi)(shi)、放大文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)(ren)功(gong)能。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)將教(jiao)學(xue)(xue)、研究、社(she)會(hui)服務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生全面成長(chang)相結(jie)合(he),激勵教(jiao)師投身(shen)于文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)造中來(lai)。抓住德(de)育的教(jiao)育主線,用不(bu)同形(xing)式和方法提(ti)高(gao)(gao)學(xue)(xue)生的社(she)會(hui)公德(de)、職業(ye)道德(de)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)品德(de)。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)凝聚上(shang)升到(dao)大學(xue)(xue)精(jing)(jing)神,以文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)為基礎,逐(zhu)步形(xing)成學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)獨有的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)精(jing)(jing)神內(nei)核,塑造學(xue)(xue)生,提(ti)升學(xue)(xue)生文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)化育人”的人才培養理(li)念,一方(fang)面要(yao)求(qiu)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)化升華(hua)拓展,衍進(jin)(jin)到書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化,進(jin)(jin)而推動書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)校園(yuan),促進(jin)(jin)校園(yuan)文(wen)化大發展,另一方(fang)面也從(cong)文(wen)化建設的角度對(dui)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)的具體工作提出了新的要(yao)求(qiu)。

  1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實(shi)(shi)文(wen)化(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設是圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)永恒的(de)(de)(de)主題(ti),今后應有三個轉(zhuan)變(bian),一是重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)內涵(han),二(er)是要優化(hua)結構,三是重點抓好特色(se)(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設。圖(tu)書(shu)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設實(shi)(shi)則(ze)是文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,是書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)。為(wei)形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)針對性、有效性與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)特色(se)(se)(se),應進一步與(yu)學校(xiao)(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)(xiao)外單位合作,加強(qiang)合作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特色(se)(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)設,加強(qiang)文(wen)化(hua)專題(ti)如職業素(su)養、地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)化(hua)的(de)(de)(de)收(shou)藏(zang),一旦形(xing)成規模,就(jiu)進行(xing)歸(gui)納整理,集(ji)中收(shou)藏(zang),建(jian)立專題(ti)文(wen)庫。日常(chang)采(cai)購中,應有意識地進行(xing)專題(ti)采(cai)購,形(xing)成特色(se)(se)(se)文(wen)化(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可發揮博物(wu)館(guan)功(gong)能(neng),收(shou)集(ji)地方(fang)文(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)料(liao)、非物(wu)質(zhi)遺產,接(jie)受私(si)人專題(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)成專題(ti)數(shu)據庫或特藏(zang)室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文化(hua)(hua)魅力(li)。圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較(jiao)簡單,而現代(dai)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應更注重(zhong)文化(hua)(hua)性(xing),通(tong)過(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師生,通(tong)過(guo)文化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來育人。優化(hua)(hua)文化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua),日常(chang)應建立一套基(ji)(ji)本的(de)(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀者需(xu)求的(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體(ti)系(xi),在(zai)此基(ji)(ji)礎(chu)上,要強化(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)文化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重(zhong)點(dian)團隊在(zai)縱(zong)深層次的(de)(de)(de)教學(xue)科研活動中對文獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性(xing)需(xu)求,其(qi)次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方(fang)法(fa)上下功夫,引進(jin)新(xin)技(ji)術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更高(gao),服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機(ji)圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)等(deng),促進(jin)與讀者的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)息交(jiao)流,文化(hua)(hua)互動。

  3、廣開文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓寬文(wen)化(hua)平臺(tai)。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)最重要的(de)聚集之地。面向(xiang)未來,我們提出(chu)除了要把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)資源(yuan)信息中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)之外,還要建(jian)(jian)(jian)成(cheng)學習交流(liu)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)和(he)宣(xuan)傳教育中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),實(shi)現由傳統(tong)大學圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一(yi)流(liu)、現代、新型大學圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)轉(zhuan)型。這(zhe)種轉(zhuan)型實(shi)際上賦(fu)予(yu)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)文(wen)化(hua)功能(neng),不斷(duan)拓寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)平臺(tai),成(cheng)為(wei)學校(xiao)育人(ren)的(de)重要渠(qu)道。近(jin)年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常(chang)規(gui)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)同(tong)時,大量舉辦主題文(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱讀沙龍、專題講座、書(shu)評競賽(sai)和(he)技能(neng)比(bi)賽(sai)等,保持了館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月(yue)有(you)新的(de)文(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示與文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)頻率,通過教師(shi)(shi)的(de)讀書(shu)俱樂部與學生(sheng)的(de)讀者協(xie)會,與師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)建(jian)(jian)(jian)立了廣泛(fan)的(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要不斷(duan)把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各(ge)類(lei)文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞好搞精彩,還要走出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)園,并且(qie)走出(chu)校(xiao)門(men),配合教學活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong)或(huo)師(shi)(shi)生(sheng)的(de)專題活(huo)(huo)(huo)(huo)動(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua)服(fu)務(wu)(wu)。
