[調查報告] 深職教師閱讀習慣調查

  作為2014年深(shen)職院讀(du)(du)(du)書月系列活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)組成部分,圖書館(guan)開(kai)展了教師(shi)閱讀(du)(du)(du)調查活(huo)(huo)動(dong),調查采(cai)用問(wen)卷的(de)方式(shi),收集(ji)到(dao)我校(xiao)教師(shi)在(zai)閱讀(du)(du)(du)方面的(de)各項(xiang)數據并進行分析,提出政策建議。本文節選調查報告部分內容(rong),與全(quan)校(xiao)師(shi)生共享。

  調查主要發現

  閱讀(du)數(shu)(shu)量和時間:我(wo)校教師(shi)在年(nian)讀(du)書數(shu)(shu)量方面,每年(nian)讀(du)3-9本的人數(shu)(shu)最多,占比46.9%。幾乎不讀(du)書的占比最低,為3.2%,因此可(ke)以計算(suan)出我(wo)校教師(shi)的閱讀(du)率達到96.8%。45.7%的教師(shi)每天(tian)閱讀(du)1-2小(xiao)時,占比最高,也(ye)有37.5%的教師(shi)每日(ri)閱讀(du)時間不足1小(xiao)時。

  閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)排(pai)(pai):64%的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)利用空余(yu)零(ling)碎時(shi)間(jian)(jian)進行閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)安(an)排(pai)(pai)比較隨機、碎片化,雖然也(ye)有部分(fen)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)每(mei)(mei)天(tian)會(hui)安(an)排(pai)(pai)固定的(de)(de)(de)(de)閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)時(shi)間(jian)(jian),但是占(zhan)比不高(gao)(gao)(gao)(30.3%)。女教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)容(rong)易選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)空余(yu)零(ling)碎時(shi)間(jian)(jian)和節假日進行閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),男教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)則更(geng)(geng)容(rong)易選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)每(mei)(mei)天(tian)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)一段時(shi)間(jian)(jian)閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du);職稱(cheng)越高(gao)(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)率越高(gao)(gao)(gao),正高(gao)(gao)(gao)職稱(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)中(zhong)(zhong)60.7%的(de)(de)(de)(de)人都選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)了每(mei)(mei)天(tian)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)一段時(shi)間(jian)(jian)進行閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du),遠高(gao)(gao)(gao)于其他(ta)職稱(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi);教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學位層級(ji)越高(gao)(gao)(gao)也(ye)越容(rong)易選(xuan)(xuan)擇(ze)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)時(shi)間(jian)(jian)閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)(du)。

  閱(yue)(yue)讀方式(shi):紙(zhi)(zhi)質(zhi)圖書依(yi)然是我校教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)閱(yue)(yue)讀方式(shi),75.9%的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)選(xuan)擇(ze)紙(zhi)(zhi)質(zhi)圖書作為主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)的(de)閱(yue)(yue)讀方式(shi)。45.2%的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)選(xuan)擇(ze)網(wang)(wang)(wang)上閱(yue)(yue)讀,僅(jin)有10.3%的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)利(li)用(yong)電子(zi)閱(yue)(yue)讀器進行(xing)閱(yue)(yue)讀。相比較來說,女(nv)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)更傾向于手(shou)機閱(yue)(yue)讀,而男教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)更傾向于網(wang)(wang)(wang)上閱(yue)(yue)讀;年(nian)(nian)齡(ling)(ling)大的(de)教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)并沒有在(zai)數字閱(yue)(yue)讀中落伍,年(nian)(nian)齡(ling)(ling)越(yue)大,教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)在(zai)網(wang)(wang)(wang)上閱(yue)(yue)讀的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)率(lv)(lv)就(jiu)越(yue)高,51歲以(yi)上教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)網(wang)(wang)(wang)上閱(yue)(yue)讀的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)率(lv)(lv)達(da)到81.8%,甚至超過了(le)紙(zhi)(zhi)質(zhi)圖書的(de)選(xuan)擇(ze)率(lv)(lv);教(jiao)(jiao)師(shi)網(wang)(wang)(wang)上閱(yue)(yue)讀選(xuan)擇(ze)率(lv)(lv)的(de)職稱分(fen)布與年(nian)(nian)齡(ling)(ling)分(fen)布相同,職稱越(yue)高,就(jiu)越(yue)容易選(xuan)擇(ze)網(wang)(wang)(wang)上閱(yue)(yue)讀。

  圖(tu)(tu)書來源(yuan):我校教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)閱(yue)讀圖(tu)(tu)書的首選來源(yuan)是(shi)去(qu)圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)借(jie)閱(yue),其(qi)次是(shi)通(tong)過網(wang)上(shang)(shang)書店進行購(gou)(gou)買,隨著數(shu)字圖(tu)(tu)書的迅速普及,從(cong)互聯網(wang)下載(zai)數(shu)字圖(tu)(tu)書閱(yue)讀也越來越成為我校教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)圖(tu)(tu)書閱(yue)讀的重(zhong)要來源(yuan)。女教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)喜(xi)歡網(wang)上(shang)(shang)購(gou)(gou)書,男教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)喜(xi)歡去(qu)圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)借(jie)書,而(er)且男教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)喜(xi)歡通(tong)過互聯網(wang)下載(zai)圖(tu)(tu)書資源(yuan);年(nian)齡(ling)大的教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)熱衷(zhong)于從(cong)互聯網(wang)上(shang)(shang)下載(zai)圖(tu)(tu)書資源(yuan),年(nian)輕的教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)傾(qing)向(xiang)于通(tong)過網(wang)上(shang)(shang)書店購(gou)(gou)買圖(tu)(tu)書;初級和(he)中級職稱的教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)更(geng)(geng)(geng)傾(qing)向(xiang)于通(tong)過網(wang)上(shang)(shang)書店購(gou)(gou)買圖(tu)(tu)書,而(er)副高和(he)高級職稱的教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)則更(geng)(geng)(geng)多(duo)地選擇(ze)去(qu)圖(tu)(tu)書館(guan)借(jie)閱(yue)圖(tu)(tu)書。

  購(gou)(gou)買(mai)和借閱(yue)(yue)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)依據:相比于(yu)女(nv)(nv)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi),男教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)更容易憑(ping)感(gan)覺(jue)購(gou)(gou)買(mai)借閱(yue)(yue)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu);相比于(yu)男教(jiao)師(shi)(shi),女(nv)(nv)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)更容易從(cong)(cong)外(wai)界獲取關(guan)于(yu)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)信息(xi),從(cong)(cong)而(er)幫助她(ta)們決策(ce)購(gou)(gou)書(shu)(shu)(shu)和借書(shu)(shu)(shu);年(nian)齡大的(de)(de)(de)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)更容易根據自己的(de)(de)(de)閱(yue)(yue)讀經驗和感(gan)覺(jue)選擇(ze)購(gou)(gou)買(mai)和借閱(yue)(yue)的(de)(de)(de)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu);他人推薦(jian)的(de)(de)(de)選擇(ze)率(lv)隨著(zhu)年(nian)齡的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)加而(er)降(jiang)低,年(nian)輕老師(shi)(shi)更傾向于(yu)將他人的(de)(de)(de)推薦(jian)作為購(gou)(gou)書(shu)(shu)(shu)借書(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)依據;教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)職(zhi)稱層(ceng)級越高,就越容易憑(ping)感(gan)覺(jue)購(gou)(gou)書(shu)(shu)(shu)和借書(shu)(shu)(shu);憑(ping)感(gan)覺(jue)而(er)購(gou)(gou)書(shu)(shu)(shu)借書(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)選擇(ze)率(lv)隨著(zhu)學位層(ceng)級的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)高而(er)逐(zhu)漸(jian)降(jiang)低,看關(guan)于(yu)該書(shu)(shu)(shu)評論而(er)購(gou)(gou)書(shu)(shu)(shu)借書(shu)(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)(de)選擇(ze)率(lv)隨著(zhu)學位層(ceng)級的(de)(de)(de)增(zeng)高而(er)逐(zhu)漸(jian)增(zeng)高。

  傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)與數字閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)優點的(de)認知(zhi)對比:對于我(wo)校教(jiao)師來說(shuo),傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)更(geng)符合閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)習慣(guan),更(geng)健康,而(er)且保(bao)存性更(geng)好,數字閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)由(you)于有(you)信息(xi)通信技術的(de)支持,更(geng)為(wei)方便快捷,信息(xi)量更(geng)大,而(er)且資源種類更(geng)為(wei)全面(mian)。具有(you)正高職稱的(de)老師認為(wei)傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)和數字閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)在(zai)方便快捷上并沒有(you)什么(me)較(jiao)大的(de)區(qu)別,而(er)信息(xi)量大則成為(wei)數字閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)相(xiang)對于傳(chuan)統(tong)(tong)閱(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)而(er)言較(jiao)為(wei)突出的(de)優點。

  傳(chuan)統(tong)閱讀(du)(du)與數(shu)字閱讀(du)(du)的選擇(ze)傾(qing)向:53.8%教(jiao)師兼顧傳(chuan)統(tong)閱讀(du)(du)和(he)數(shu)字閱讀(du)(du),堅持傳(chuan)統(tong)閱讀(du)(du)為(wei)主的教(jiao)師(30.0%仍然比堅持數(shu)字閱讀(du)(du)為(wei)主的教(jiao)師(16.2%)多。

  移動(dong)圖書館(guan):77.4%的教師愿意使(shi)(shi)用移動(dong)圖書館(guan)的服務,只(zhi)有不(bu)到4%的老師表(biao)示(shi)不(bu)愿意使(shi)(shi)用,其余的教師表(biao)達了無(wu)所謂的態(tai)度(du)。教師對移動(dong)圖書館(guan)最為看(kan)重的兩個功能(neng)是閱讀電子期刊全文和借書超(chao)期提醒。

  從調查結果出發的政策建議

  繼續加強數(shu)字資源投入的力度(du)

  盡管(guan)紙質(zhi)圖(tu)書(shu)仍然是(shi)(shi)我校(xiao)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的主要(yao)閱(yue)讀(du)(du)方(fang)式,但是(shi)(shi)網上閱(yue)讀(du)(du)、手(shou)機(ji)閱(yue)讀(du)(du)、電子閱(yue)讀(du)(du)器(qi)閱(yue)讀(du)(du)也(ye)已經開始為教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)所關注并使用(yong)。尤其(qi)是(shi)(shi)網上閱(yue)讀(du)(du),選擇(ze)率(lv)已經達到45.2%,而(er)且(qie)在51歲年齡段的教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)群體(ti)中,選擇(ze)率(lv)高達81.8%,甚至(zhi)超過了紙質(zhi)圖(tu)書(shu)的選擇(ze)率(lv)。因此,圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)應該繼續加強數(shu)字資源(yuan)建(jian)設的力(li)度,滿(man)足(zu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)數(shu)字閱(yue)讀(du)(du)的需(xu)要(yao)。而(er)且(qie),教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)利用(yong)數(shu)字方(fang)式閱(yue)讀(du)(du)的專業書(shu)籍類選擇(ze)率(lv)還比較低,一方(fang)面(mian)可能(neng)是(shi)(shi)習慣問題,另一方(fang)面(mian)可能(neng)是(shi)(shi)專業書(shu)籍類的數(shu)字資源(yuan)還不(bu)(bu)充足(zu),還不(bu)(bu)能(neng)滿(man)足(zu)教(jiao)師(shi)(shi)(shi)的需(xu)要(yao)。加強專業書(shu)籍類數(shu)字資源(yuan)的建(jian)設也(ye)應該是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)下一步需(xu)要(yao)重視的工作。

  重(zhong)點建(jian)設和完善移動圖書館

  大(da)部分老師(shi)都表示愿(yuan)意使(shi)用(yong)移動圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan),而且都比(bi)較(jiao)希望能(neng)夠從移動圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)獲得閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)電(dian)(dian)子期(qi)刊(kan)全(quan)文、借書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)超期(qi)提醒(xing)、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)檢索、閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)電(dian)(dian)子圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)等功(gong)能(neng)。在這些功(gong)能(neng)中,閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)電(dian)(dian)子期(qi)刊(kan)全(quan)文和閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)電(dian)(dian)子圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)所面(mian)臨的技(ji)術限制(zhi)比(bi)較(jiao)多。對于大(da)部分智能(neng)手機來(lai)說(shuo),屏幕都比(bi)較(jiao)小,而電(dian)(dian)子期(qi)刊(kan)掃描版(ban)居多,在智能(neng)手機上閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)會大(da)大(da)降(jiang)低(di)閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)體驗,甚至有害眼睛(jing)健(jian)康。現在的平(ping)板電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)屏幕較(jiao)大(da),而且同樣(yang)便于攜帶,閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)電(dian)(dian)子期(qi)刊(kan)和電(dian)(dian)子圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)的效果要好很多,因此(ci),移動圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)應該能(neng)夠同時(shi)支持手機閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)和平(ping)板電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)閱(yue)(yue)(yue)讀(du)(du)。與此(ci)同時(shi),圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)應該充實和豐(feng)富更(geng)多文字版(ban)的圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)和期(qi)刊(kan)數字資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan),便于老師(shi)和同學通(tong)過移動設備來(lai)使(shi)用(yong)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的數字資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)。

  建立多(duo)種形(xing)式的教師閱(yue)讀活(huo)動(dong)平(ping)臺,倡導校園閱(yue)讀文化

  有相當比例的老師因為身邊缺少讀書的氛圍或者難以找到感興趣的書而影響閱讀,且越年輕的老師越重視讀書的氛圍。與學生一樣,教師也需要適合自己的閱讀活動,而且更重視閱讀中的交流與分享。建議學校及各學院建立多層次、多形式的教師閱讀交流平臺,提供經費、場地等條件支持;校報、校園網等校園媒體開辟教師讀書專欄,提供思想交流、分享的園地,進而在教師中形成濃厚的讀書氛圍。有一支熱愛閱讀的教師隊伍才能培養出熱愛閱讀的學生,才能使文化育人的實踐基礎更加堅實。
