[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔(xiang),中共黨員,數(shu)創學院(yuan)學工(gong)辦負責人。雖(sui)說是今年(nian)初從管(guan)理學院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數(shu)創學院(yuan),但從進(jin)校伊始,宋李翔(xiang)已在(zai)學生(sheng)管(guan)理工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘九個(ge)年(nian)頭(tou),是學校學工(gong)隊伍中品格(ge)優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的中堅力量。

自“不忘(wang)初(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命”主題(ti)教(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)以來(lai),宋李翔積極(ji)響(xiang)應校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總支的(de)號(hao)召(zhao),根據(ju)學(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)院(yuan)有(you)關“不忘(wang)初(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命”主題(ti)教(jiao)育統一部(bu)署和安排(pai),積極(ji)組織學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)生(sheng)支部(bu)的(de)各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將(jiang)黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)生(sheng)日常工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署、共落實,找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)建設的(de)重點,扎實推進各項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)則、身先(xian)士卒、貼近(jin)(jin)學(xue)生(sheng)、貼近(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼近(jin)(jin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍(wu),服務于學(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)(cheng)長成(cheng)(cheng)才,展(zhan)現了(le)學(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)書(shu)記(ji)應有(you)的(de)風(feng)采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

作為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)書記(ji),宋李(li)翔(xiang)深(shen)知(zhi)展示支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)影(ying)響力(li)(li)和(he)號召(zhao)力(li)(li),發(fa)揮團結引領(ling)作用(yong),形成磁場(chang)效應在大學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)的(de)(de)重要性。因此,他主(zhu)動與(yu)綜(zong)合(he)素養突出(chu)、具有較強學(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)拼搏精神(shen)和(he)過(guo)硬政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)素養的(de)(de)同學(xue)(xue)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)接觸(chu),通過(guo)積(ji)(ji)極(ji)分子座談(tan)、發(fa)展對象(xiang)談(tan)話等(deng)形式將教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)發(fa)展學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)這一學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)中(zhong)心工(gong)(gong)作落實到(dao)位。他時(shi)(shi)(shi)刻提(ti)醒積(ji)(ji)極(ji)分子、發(fa)展對象(xiang)和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)處理(li)(li)好(hao)日常學(xue)(xue)習(xi)與(yu)做好(hao)黨(dang)(dang)組(zu)織(zhi)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)關(guan)系(xi)、政(zheng)治(zhi)(zhi)理(li)(li)論學(xue)(xue)習(xi)與(yu)主(zhu)業(ye)(ye)課程的(de)(de)關(guan)系(xi),使支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)涌現出(chu)如梁(liang)家茵、溫嘉慶(qing)等(deng)綜(zong)合(he)素質突出(chu)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)。認真貫徹落實黨(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央、廣(guang)東省(sheng)委、深(shen)圳市委和(he)校黨(dang)(dang)委關(guan)于主(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作的(de)(de)各項部(bu)(bu)(bu)署,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)召(zhao)集支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)全(quan)體師生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)開展學(xue)(xue)習(xi)《習(xi)近平新時(shi)(shi)(shi)代(dai)中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)特色社會(hui)主(zhu)義思(si)想(xiang)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)綱要》、習(xi)總書記(ji)關(guan)于主(zhu)題教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)講話和(he)中(zhong)央的(de)(de)有關(guan)部(bu)(bu)(bu)署等(deng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活(huo)動。在新生(sheng)入學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)第(di)一時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian)開展入黨(dang)(dang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),利(li)用(yong)早晚修時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian),組(zu)織(zhi)全(quan)體2019級新生(sheng)集中(zhong)觀看《我們走在大路(lu)上》專題片,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)弘揚愛國(guo)(guo)熱情(qing)。認真對照校黨(dang)(dang)委文件,嚴格規范學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)“三會(hui)一課”記(ji)錄(lu),支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)(bu)(bu)會(hui)議記(ji)錄(lu)本(ben)被(bei)當(dang)成標桿記(ji)錄(lu)本(ben)在學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)內部(bu)(bu)(bu)進行(xing)傳閱學(xue)(xue)習(xi)。宋李(li)翔(xiang)努力(li)(li)為師生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)排(pai)憂解難,積(ji)(ji)極(ji)解答新發(fa)展教(jiao)(jiao)工(gong)(gong)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在發(fa)展過(guo)程中(zhong)的(de)(de)疑惑和(he)困難,利(li)用(yong)暑假主(zhu)動為畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯系(xi)組(zu)織(zhi)關(guan)系(xi)轉(zhuan)移(yi)單位,耐心解答畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)各種問題,大力(li)(li)協(xie)助畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)完成組(zu)織(zhi)關(guan)系(xi)轉(zhuan)移(yi),深(shen)受畢業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)好(hao)評。

升對(dui)重點(dian)關注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)管理(li)能(neng)力和(he)(he)應(ying)對(dui)水平。積(ji)極(ji)發揮新(xin)(xin)媒體(ti)平臺在思想政治(zhi)教育中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)陣(zhen)地(di)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用,組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)策劃(hua)迎新(xin)(xin)系(xi)(xi)(xi)列推文(wen)、國慶70周(zhou)年系(xi)(xi)(xi)列活(huo)動、強國青(qing)(qing)年說推文(wen)等(deng)(deng)宣傳推文(wen),深(shen)受新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)歡迎。

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中敢于(yu)擔當(dang),身先士(shi)卒,高(gao)度自(zi)律。每天早上提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時趕到學(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離(li)開(kai)辦公(gong)室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)隊成(cheng)(cheng)員,注重學(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍內(nei)部(bu)建設(she)(she),通(tong)過專題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊成(cheng)(cheng)員談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)(hua)(hua)、團(tuan)(tuan)隊活(huo)動(dong)等(deng)方式(shi)為(wei)(wei)學(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營(ying)造出團(tuan)(tuan)結(jie)協作(zuo)(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉獻的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)氛圍(wei)。每周2次實地檢(jian)查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情況,及(ji)時向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)(fu)導員反饋(kui)早晚修情況。積極(ji)通(tong)過學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)(hua)(hua)、走(zou)(zou)訪宿舍、學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談(tan)等(deng)形式(shi)傾聽(ting)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動(dong)態(tai),及(ji)時為(wei)(wei)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難(nan)。自(zi)開(kai)展主(zhu)題教育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會2場,學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)(hua)(hua)80人次,宿舍走(zou)(zou)訪4次。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中能根據(ju)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培養特(te)點,有針對(dui)性的(de)開(kai)展學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)動(dong)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人理(li)念(nian)落實到位。同時對(dui)學(xue)業(ye)后進的(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕(jue)不放棄引導教育(yu)(yu)(yu),而是通(tong)過嚴(yan)(yan)要求,敢碰硬的(de)態(tai)度與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任、輔(fu)(fu)導員一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行后進學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)引導。羅馬(ma)城不是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成(cheng)(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊建設(she)(she)也不是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過嚴(yan)(yan)于(yu)律己的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)風和正(zheng)能量(liang)的(de)積極(ji)傳遞(di)才(cai)能讓新時期學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)建設(she)(she)與時俱進,勇往(wang)直前(qian)。
