[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋(song)李翔(xiang),中共黨員,數創(chuang)(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負責人(ren)。雖說(shuo)是今年(nian)初從管理(li)(li)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數創(chuang)(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從進校伊始(shi),宋(song)李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生管理(li)(li)工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛勤耕耘九(jiu)個(ge)年(nian)頭(tou),是學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍(wu)中品格優秀、勤勉擔當、經驗豐富的(de)中堅(jian)力量(liang)。

自“不(bu)忘初(chu)心(xin),牢(lao)記使命(ming)”主題(ti)(ti)教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)以來,宋(song)李翔積極響(xiang)應校黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)學院黨(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)號召,根據學校黨(dang)(dang)委和(he)學院有關“不(bu)忘初(chu)心(xin),牢(lao)記使命(ming)”主題(ti)(ti)教育(yu)統一部(bu)署(shu)和(he)安排,積極組織學院學生(sheng)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將(jiang)黨(dang)(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學生(sheng)日(ri)常工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署(shu)、共落實,找準基(ji)層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)重點,扎實推進(jin)各項工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)則、身(shen)先(xian)士卒、貼近學生(sheng)、貼近工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼近工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于(yu)學生(sheng)成長成才,展(zhan)現了(le)學生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)書記應有的(de)(de)(de)風采(cai)。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

)也較上屆有了明(ming)顯改觀(guan)。努(nu)力(li)(li)(li)創新(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)平(ping)(ping)臺,在(zai)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)領導支持下(xia),積極(ji)與深圳市公(gong)安局機場分局聯(lian)絡,于2019年(nian)6月正式成立深職院(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)影視(shi)動(dong)(dong)畫宣(xuan)傳(chuan)志(zhi)(zhi)愿服務基(ji)地,使得(de)志(zhi)(zhi)愿服務與專業建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)(she)(she)實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了深度(du)融合。工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)注(zhu)意整合資(zi)源,借助外力(li)(li)(li)提(ti)升部門工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)水平(ping)(ping)。半年(nian)來2次主動(dong)(dong)聯(lian)系(xi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校心(xin)理(li)(li)咨(zi)詢(xun)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin),通過(guo)借助專業力(li)(li)(li)量提(ti)升對重(zhong)點關注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)的(de)管理(li)(li)能力(li)(li)(li)和(he)(he)(he)(he)應對水平(ping)(ping)。積極(ji)發揮(hui)新(xin)媒體平(ping)(ping)臺在(zai)思(si)(si)想政(zheng)治(zhi)教育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)陣(zhen)地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong),組織策劃迎新(xin)系(xi)列(lie)推文(wen)、國慶70周(zhou)年(nian)系(xi)列(lie)活動(dong)(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推文(wen)等(deng)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)推文(wen),深受新(xin)生(sheng)歡(huan)迎。

宋李(li)翔(xiang)老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)敢(gan)于擔當,身先士卒(zu),高度(du)自律。每天早上提前一(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)(shi)(shi)趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),下午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)辦公室(shi),關愛團(tuan)隊成員(yuan),注(zhu)重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍內部(bu)建(jian)設(she),通過(guo)專題研討(tao)、團(tuan)隊成員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊活動等(deng)(deng)方式為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)結協(xie)作(zuo),拼搏(bo)奉(feng)獻的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每周2次(ci)實地檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情(qing)況,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導員(yuan)反饋早晚(wan)修(xiu)情(qing)況。積(ji)(ji)極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)、走(zou)訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等(deng)(deng)形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開(kai)展主(zhu)題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)以(yi)來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會(hui)2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話(hua)80人次(ci),宿(su)舍走(zou)訪4次(ci)。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和培養(yang)特(te)點,有(you)針對(dui)(dui)性的(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成一(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活動育(yu)人、文化(hua)育(yu)人理念落(luo)實到(dao)位。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放(fang)棄引(yin)導教育(yu),而是(shi)通過(guo)嚴要(yao)求,敢(gan)碰硬(ying)的(de)態度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任、輔導員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)起(qi)進(jin)(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)引(yin)導。羅馬(ma)城(cheng)不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)天建(jian)成的(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)團(tuan)隊建(jian)設(she)也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通過(guo)嚴于律己的(de)作(zuo)風和正(zheng)能量的(de)積(ji)(ji)極傳遞才能讓新時(shi)(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)建(jian)設(she)與時(shi)(shi)(shi)俱進(jin)(jin),勇往(wang)直前。
