[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔,中共黨(dang)員(yuan),數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)工辦負(fu)責(ze)人。雖說是今年(nian)初(chu)從(cong)管理學(xue)院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)院(yuan),但從(cong)進校伊始,宋李翔已在(zai)學(xue)生管理工作崗(gang)位辛(xin)勤(qin)耕耘九個年(nian)頭,是學(xue)校學(xue)工隊伍中品格(ge)優秀、勤(qin)勉擔當、經驗豐富的(de)中堅力量。

自“不(bu)忘初心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命(ming)”主題教育工(gong)作(zuo)開展(zhan)(zhan)以(yi)來,宋李(li)翔積極(ji)響(xiang)應校(xiao)黨委和學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨總支(zhi)的號召,根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨委和學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有(you)關“不(bu)忘初心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命(ming)”主題教育統一部(bu)署和安(an)排,積極(ji)組織學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)的各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo),將黨建(jian)(jian)工(gong)作(zuo)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)同部(bu)署、共落(luo)實,找準基層黨支(zhi)部(bu)建(jian)(jian)設的重點,扎實推進各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)的開展(zhan)(zhan),工(gong)作(zuo)中以(yi)身(shen)作(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒(zu)、貼近學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)實際(ji)、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才,展(zhan)(zhan)現了學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部(bu)書記(ji)應有(you)的風采(cai)。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋李翔(xiang)老師工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)敢于(yu)擔(dan)當,身先士卒,高(gao)度(du)自律。每天早上提(ti)前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時趕(gan)到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始(shi)工(gong)作(zuo),下午最后(hou)(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦公室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan),注重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍內(nei)部建(jian)(jian)設(she),通過(guo)專題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)心談(tan)話、團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)活(huo)動(dong)等方式為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)結協(xie)作(zuo),拼搏奉獻的(de)(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每周2次(ci)實地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修情況,及時向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員(yuan)反饋(kui)早晚修情況。積(ji)極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話、走訪宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談(tan)等形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想(xiang)動(dong)態,及時為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解(jie)難。自開展主(zhu)題教育(yu)(yu)(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)以來(lai),主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話80人(ren)次(ci),宿舍走訪4次(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和(he)培養特點,有(you)針對性(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打(da)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)動(dong)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)理念落(luo)實到位。同(tong)時對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)(hou)進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引導(dao)教育(yu)(yu)(yu),而是(shi)通過(guo)嚴(yan)要求,敢碰硬的(de)(de)(de)(de)態度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任、輔導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行后(hou)(hou)進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬城不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)(tuan)隊(dui)建(jian)(jian)設(she)也不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通過(guo)嚴(yan)于(yu)律己的(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)風和(he)正能量的(de)(de)(de)(de)積(ji)極傳遞才能讓新(xin)時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支部的(de)(de)(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)設(she)與時俱(ju)進(jin)(jin),勇往直(zhi)前。
