
宋李翔(xiang),中共(gong)黨員(yuan),數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負(fu)責(ze)人。雖說是今(jin)年初從管理學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗來到數(shu)創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從進校伊始(shi),宋李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管理工(gong)作崗位辛勤耕(geng)耘(yun)九(jiu)個年頭,是學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍中品格(ge)優秀、勤勉(mian)擔當、經驗(yan)豐富的中堅力(li)量。
自(zi)“不忘初(chu)心,牢記使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育工作(zuo)開(kai)展(zhan)以(yi)來(lai),宋李翔(xiang)積(ji)極(ji)響應校(xiao)黨(dang)委和學院黨(dang)總支(zhi)的(de)(de)號(hao)召,根據學校(xiao)黨(dang)委和學院有關“不忘初(chu)心,牢記使(shi)命”主(zhu)題教(jiao)育統一部(bu)(bu)署和安排,積(ji)極(ji)組織學院學生(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)各(ge)項工作(zuo),將黨(dang)建工作(zuo)與學生(sheng)日常(chang)工作(zuo)同部(bu)(bu)署、共落實(shi)(shi),找準基層黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)建設的(de)(de)重點,扎(zha)實(shi)(shi)推(tui)進(jin)各(ge)項工作(zuo)的(de)(de)開(kai)展(zhan),工作(zuo)中以(yi)身作(zuo)則、身先士卒、貼近學生(sheng)、貼近工作(zuo)實(shi)(shi)際、貼近工作(zuo)隊伍,服(fu)務于學生(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才(cai),展(zhan)現了學生(sheng)黨(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記應有的(de)(de)風采。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔老(lao)師(shi)工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)敢(gan)(gan)于擔當(dang),身先(xian)士卒,高度自(zi)律(lv)。每天早(zao)(zao)上提(ti)前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)小時趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)開(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作,下午最后(hou)(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個(ge)離開(kai)辦公室(shi),關愛團隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)內部(bu)建(jian)設(she),通過專題研討、團隊(dui)成(cheng)員(yuan)談(tan)心(xin)談(tan)話、團隊(dui)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)等方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦營造(zao)出團結協作,拼搏(bo)奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作氛圍。每周2次實(shi)地(di)檢(jian)查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)(zao)修(xiu)情況,及(ji)(ji)時向(xiang)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導員(yuan)反饋(kui)早(zao)(zao)晚修(xiu)情況。積極(ji)通過學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話、走訪宿(su)舍(she)(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)等形式傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動(dong)態(tai),及(ji)(ji)時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自(zi)開(kai)展主題教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作以來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會(hui)2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話80人(ren)次,宿(su)舍(she)(she)走訪4次。工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培養(yang)特點,有(you)針對(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)(huo)動(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活(huo)(huo)動(dong)育(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)理念落實(shi)到(dao)位(wei)。同(tong)時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后(hou)(hou)進(jin)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放棄引(yin)導教育(yu),而是(shi)通過嚴要(yao)求,敢(gan)(gan)碰(peng)硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)態(tai)度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班(ban)主任、輔(fu)導員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后(hou)(hou)進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)引(yin)導。羅馬城(cheng)不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天建(jian)成(cheng)的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作團隊(dui)建(jian)設(she)也(ye)不是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有(you)通過嚴于律(lv)己(ji)的(de)(de)(de)作風和正能量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)積極(ji)傳遞才(cai)能讓新時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)與時俱(ju)進(jin),勇往直前。
